2、 Examiners need to prepare materials

Register to participate in the training, and generally complete all course training in 3 days. 3、 Obtaining certification

1. The examination adopts a percentage system, and a score of 70 in a single subject is considered qualified; Each subject is qualified and evaluated as passing the exam.

2. The validity period of the exam results is one year. Those who fail a single exam subject can apply to the original examination institution for a make-up exam once within one year. Those who fail both items or fail the make-up exam shall submit a new assessment application to the issuing authority.

3. The examination institution shall publish the list of qualified candidates within 20 working days after the end of the examination, and submit the examination results to the issuing authority.

4. The issuing authority will complete the approval and certification process within 20 working days after receiving the exam results.

4、 Review

The certificate holder shall apply for reexamination to the certificate issuing authority in the place where he/she works or where his/her registered residence registration (residence permit or residence permit) is located one month before the expiration of the validity period of the certificate holding project, and submit the following materials:

1. Application Form for Qualification Review of Special Equipment Operators

2. Special Equipment Safety Management and Operator Certificate

PS: If the following requirements are met, the re examination is qualified:

1. Age not exceeding 65 years old;

3. During the period of holding the certificate, the employment record of the "Special Equipment Safety Management and Operator Certificate" shows that the work time for the certified project has not been continuously interrupted for more than one year.

Step 2: Collect photos taken inside the factory

After obtaining the special equipment operator certificate. The following materials need to be prepared to obtain the factory license:

1. Copy of product qualification certificate, qualification certificate, and type test report (mandatory when purchasing the vehicle)

2. Purchase invoice (legitimate purchase invoice is sufficient)

3. Equipment photos (one front full car photo for each vehicle, mobile phone photo, A4 color printing is sufficient)

4. The management system and emergency plan for electric special vehicles and electric sightseeing vehicles of the registered company need to be stamped with an official seal. (Can be downloaded from Baidu)

5. Registration Form (stamped with the official seal of the registered company, some to be filled out, some not to be filled out, the form can be filled out at the service hall)
